Hi, I’m Neelesh, and I am more than just another Computer Science engineer. I strive to push my own boundaries with every task that I take upon, which is evident from my diverse internship experiences, From business development at a leading wealth management firm, to software development at the best GIS firm in the world, I have experienced it all.

Currently, I am working as a Power BI Developer at Oasis Investment Company, where my role is to make the lives of stakeholders easier by translating raw messy data into actionable insights and visually appealing dashboards.

​

Before that, my most recent stint as a Jr. Product Manager at a fabric manufacturing company, is the latest evidence for my goal to pivot towards Product and strategy.

​

During my time at BITS Pilani, I not only honed my technical expertise but also led the Finance and Management Club as the President, where I developed strategic skills that complement my technical background. Outside of academics, I’m a Formula 1 enthusiast, fascinated by complex problem-solving and constantly exploring new technologies.

I’ve also gained hands-on experience in Software Development and Business Development, interning at leading organizations such as Esri and Nuvama Private Wealth Management. My work at these companies ranged from developing market-driven products to integrating advanced analytics tools, which enhanced business intelligence, streamlined workflows, and drove user engagement—skills I’m excited to apply to future projects.

I am deeply passionate about Product because it is the soul of the business. I pride myself to be a great customer empathizer, picking up their pain points and translating them into actionable insights to develop a superior product and brand positioning.
